New type of patent products plastic extrusion granulator unit
Application: suitable for LDPE、LLDPE、HDPE、PP、PVC plastic rim leftover ‘s recycling pelletizing or granulation with water.
Performance features:
1.High output. Compared with the normal granulator of the same type, the output of this machine is higher than one third such as 125-typed. The normal granulator’s output is about 100kg/h, and the output of new granulator is 150kg/h.
2.Large material entrance, safe and easy to feeding. This machine is easy to feeding and automatic lay off. Save time and labor. Do not need manual operation.
3.Granulation with water has good ventilation and drainage. The granules have good glossiness, no bubbles, no plat strip, and dries granules.
Structure features:
1.Machine tube’s screw uses high quality alloy steel 38CrMoAIA. After nitrogen treatment, it has the best performance of hardness and corrosion.
2.The head of machine adopts rapid mesh-changing device.
3.Driving system adopts gear reducer with stable running and long life. The main motor adopts frequency speed conversion control or triangle starting.
4.Electric part is controlled automatically. Heat by electricity, coal or gas.
Intelligent temperature control instruments with high efficiency and saving energy.
5.Adopt cool cutting or heat cutting. The granules are dense and the shapes are beautiful. Recycle the special membrane material and chose the cool cutting granules device.
