coiled material machine unit

 The machine unit is capable of only-one-time compounding of coiled waterproof material and cast film, which enables multi-layer coextrusion of coiled waterproof material as well as cast film and sheet material. It is mainly composed of an extruder, the cast die head, a cast embossing molding machine, a slitter edge reclamation device, a rewinder and so on.
It works like this: First, in the casting process, main raw materials such as polythene are pressed, molded, mixed and distilled as melt fluid, which are then extruded down through the die head and compounded with polypropylene or terylene non-woven fabrics, and hence the products. The die head on the main body of this machine unit is flat head, the pattern on the embossing roller can be user designed and the rewinder works via friction.
